Can you turn an out-of-business dildo shop into a profitable Cannabis empire? Probably not, but there's only one way to find out...Weed Shop 3 is a recreational marijuana dispensary simulator with business management mechanics, FPS action, and a crazy storyline you'd come to expect from the guys who most definitely didn't smoke crack with Kevin from Tenderloin. You start your Marijuana-infused adventure just like the last time: broke and clueless. How broke? Grow your weed in the toilet, look for singles in the trash, smoke roaches, deal ditch weed to burnouts type of broke. The journey to the top will be a long and grindy one, but hey at least you still got your kidneys and a little bit of weed, so start growing and work your way up the Ganja ladder!Deal weed on the streets or sell it in your shop and use the proceeds to expand your operation. Upgrade your grow setup and grow larger quantities of more potent strains. Improve the visual appearance of the shop to attract higher-paying clientele. Make and sell your own pre-rolld's as well as various paraphernalia.Once your grow op becomes too much for one stoner to handle, get more! Hire staff and have them specialize in selective fields such as farming, promoting, sales, etc. as they gain more experience. Having experienced staff will allow you to outsource most of the daily grind so you can focus on bigger things. Now since you got some free time on your hands and, hopefully, a whole lot of cash in the safe, why not open up a second facility and start experimenting with cross-breeding new strains? Breeding a new more potent hybrid strain will take a lot of trial and error unless you get to know the right people, that is.Got them hybrids growing in your brand new field already? Perfect! All you need now is some hash extractors, heated dab presses, and cart fillers and you'll be producing solventless concentrates with the highest THC in town,Congrats you've finally almost made it... sort of. All you need is some brand recognition and, fortunately for you, Sunless Beach is crawling with various influencers. Hire them to promote your products, gain their respect, and turn them into high-paying customers who will then promote your shop for free. The road to becoming the biggest Weed Dealer on the coast won't be without it's challenges. You'll have to deal with shoplifters, creckheads, snitches, thugs, and some other **** we can't disclose for legal reasons. However, whenever the going gets tough just grab a blunt and light up! Hit the beach, your pad, or the club and dab out until you trip out!

The Garden State Dispensary shops owned by Ayr Wellness Inc. will expand their operations Wednesday morning. At that point, there will be 16 state-licensed marijuana retailers in the state open to all adults.

Graphics are colorful and vibrant, and the Weed Shop 3 for free itself is cute and cartoonish. Overall art style is pleasing, and it is easy to look at for extended periods of time. There isn't much in the way of negative points to say about graphics, except that some of the character models are bit simplistic. However, this is a minor gripe and doesn't take away from the game's enjoyability.

Gameplay is very similar to previous games in series. You are still in charge of cannabis store and must sell marijuana to customers. The Weed Shop 3 free download has a new city to explore and new customers to meet. You can also now grow your own cannabis, which was not possible in previous games. Gameplay is still very addictive and I still find myself coming back to play it for hours at time.

Interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. Player is able to manage their shop from central location, and it provides clear instructions on how to play. Player is also able to view their shop's statistics, such as sales and profits, from interface. Overall, Weed Shop 3 game free interface is well-designed and provides a great user experience.

Businesses VR Helped Establish: Farm, Autobody Repair Shop, Contractor, Bicycle Shop, Chiropractic Practice, Piano Refinishing Service, Auction Service, Janitorial/Maintenance Service , Weed Abatement Service, Restaurant; Free-lance Writing, Child Care Service, Welding Shop, Real Estate Office, Boat Making Shop, Air Conditioner Repair Service, Accounting Service, Bakery, Counseling Service, Used Clothing Store. Recommendations Based on our policy analysis and in response to counselor and consumer requests, the RTC:Rural developed a Model Self-Employment Vocational Rehabilitation policy, procedures for implementing the policy, and a self-employment curriculum for VR counselors. The policy and implementation procedures combing VR practice with current best-practices for small business development. The policy has 8 components: 1. VR assesses a consumer's business potential. 2. The consumer develops a business idea, explores its feasibility, and conduct a market analysis. 3. The consumer gets any necessary education or training. 4. The consumer obtains technical assistance to develop a business plan. 5. The consumer writes a business plan. 6. The consumer determines the availability of, and applies for, funding from other sources. 7. VR reviews the self-employment plan. 8. VR monitors the business' s progress. Our analysis of 34 state VR policies/ procedures on self-employment revealed that only one state included all eight components. These components may be implemented by using a process developed by RTC:Rural in conjunction with people with disabilities, Client Assistance Programs, VR counselors and administrators, and business development consultants. RTC: Rural researchers next developed the Self-Employment Steps for Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors: Helping a Consumer Start a Business curriculum, which helps VR counselors understand the process and steps for helping a consumer start a business. Topics covered in the curriculum include: Chapter 1 -- Why Self-Employment? Chapter 2 -- Terms Chapter 3 -- The Process Chapter 4 -- The Feasibility Study Chapter 5 -- Assessment Chapter 6 -- Who Does What in the Process? Chapter 7 -- The Business Plan Chapter 8 -- Resources and Resource Partners Chapter 9 -- Social Security Work Incentives Chapter 10 - Supported Self-Employment For people with disabilities who live in rural areas, self-employment is an option when employers and jobs are scarce, wages are low, and the jobs that are available often require physical effort. If you want to work, you may have to create a job for yourself.
